You are going to put your knowledge and skills to the test by creating your own summer fitness program. Have fun with this activity and be sure to remember that physical fitness always comes first!

LEARNING ADVICEI encourage you to organize all of your fitness worksheets in the designated summer fitness folder. I also recommend that you use a small notebook for your personal fitness journal. Make sure that each journal entry is dated and as detailed as possible. At the end of the summer, I hope that you will look back at your personal fitness journal and be able to see the fitness improvements that you have made over the last couple of months.
CONCLUSIONThis experience was meant for you to put your fitness knowledge to use in a real life situation. You have done a lot of research and hard work in order to design and participate in your summer fitness program. I encourage you to use the skills that you have hopefully gained from this activity, to ensure a lifelong experience of fitness. Congratulations! You did it!
