Process
For this assignment, in your assigned groups you will need to write up a 2-3 page document indicating what your small business is, your business plan, and why you think your business will be a success. Each student will be required to contribute to his or her group and you will fill out a quick group evaluation form and give each other and yourself a grade. So work hard together and have fun. Refer to the Resources page for additional help with your business plan and with writing the paper. Also, read the success stories that are on the resource page to get an idea of what can result of a real business that is started.
On the day the paper is due each group will have 5-8 minutes to share about their business with the rest of the class. Each group member will have to participate equally in the presentation and will be graded using the school oral presentation grading rubric that is posted in the classroom.
