You have been given the opportunity to sum up your learning about dairy products and their functions. We have discussed and practiced cooking with dairy products throughout this unit. We have learned many facts about dairy products, and discussed many health benefits that follow the conusmption of dairy products. Knowledge of the functions and benefits of dairy products is vital to your success in this class, as well as your future food choices. Use the websites provide here, and the knowledge you have gained to answer the questions provided below. Make sure you read all of the provided instructions before beginning the webquest assignment.
Working alone, answer the questions below using the resources provide. We have covered all of this material in class, so if you did pay attention you should be able to find these easily. Please type your answers and use complete sentences, documenting which website the answer was found. This assignment is due two days from when you begin. Explore and have fun.

4. Answer each question by typing the number first and using complete sentences.
5. Don't forget to document which website the answer was found. (You can document yourself, if you didn't use the resources provided to find the answer. Include the website, and date.)
6. Turn in this webquest assignment at the beginning of the class two days from when you begin.
For full credit make sure you type the assignment on the computer, include the number of the question being answered, and document the website. A hint when answering the questions: the first 11 questions are from the Calcium Flier website, the next 5 questions are from the 3-A-Day website, and the last 9 questions are from the National Dairy Council website. You should print out a copy of the questions and then look through the websites to find your answers. Hand write the answers as you find them, and then when finished finalize your answers by typing them on the computer.
Now that you have learned the basics and important facts about dairy products and the 3-A-Day Dairy Campaign, you should be able to improve your eating choices, as well as educate those around you of the importance of dairy products in their daily diet. This webquest assignment has given you the opportunity to gain knowldedge as well as learn of important resources that you can share with others. You have learned some very important information throughout this assignment, which will be very beneficial to you in this class as well as throughout the rest of your life.
